Payment Terms
What to know
● Full payment is required before the commencement of any work or production.
● The production timeline begins from the date of payment receipt, not from the date the quote or invoice is issued.
● Standard production timeframe is approximately 4 weeks from the date payment is received.
● If the customer requires an urgent order (within 2 weeks), an additional urgency fee will apply. This will be clearly stated in the quote.
Part-Payment Option
● If full payment cannot be made upfront, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on the order.
● The remaining balance must be paid in full before the completed order is dispatched or collected.
● Orders will not be released until full payment is received.
● If orders are not paid in full within 90 days from completion of your order. The order will become the property of Nga Ao e Rua.
Cancellations
And Refunds
● Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
● Once work has commenced or materials have been ordered, no refunds will be issued for change of mind.
● If Nga Ao e Rua is unable to complete an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the business.

How to Pay
Payment is made via electronic invoice sent direct to your email. For all bulk payments we advise to send through an email of your requests for custom and correct orders.
Delivery
How it's Shipped
● Delivery timeframes will be discussed at the time of quote acceptance. Average shipping takes 3-5 business days.
● Ngā Ao e Rua is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services.
● Any delivery costs will be included in the quote or invoice unless otherwise arranged
● All orders over $200.00 will receive Free Shipping anywhere in NZ only.
Ownership
And Intellectual Property

● All designs, templates, and processes remain the intellectual property of Ngā Ao e Rua, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Completed products may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Disputes
All efforts will be made to resolve disputes in good faith. Where necessary, disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Ngā Ao e Rua reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be provided with new quotes or invoices when applicable.
